Embedded within the POS team, I led user research studies and worked closely with partners (Clover, Lightspeed, Shopify, and Square) to improve Homebase's POS integration software. The company's embedded app experience focuses on team management (clocking in, viewing reports, editing schedules) across iOS and Android.

As the sole growth designer, I focused on improving NorthOne's onboarding funnel conversion while keeping churn low and cross-product adoption high. I partnered with PMs, data, devs, and QA to identify KPIs and propose projects to exceed those goals month over month.
